The Lab is located in the heart of Canton, a personal training studio specializing in private and small group training sessions. The Lab brings a unique style to strength, conditioning and sports performance training by using and combining methods from functional fitness, boxing, and kickboxing among many others.
The Lab’s mission is to provide clients a personalized fitness experience that will help them achieve their goals, whether that be to lose weight, gain strength, get ready for an upcoming sport season, or anything in between.
